One of the things we've loved about building the GoBrew brand is growing and getting to know a community of coffee lovers! So we are introducing.. The KaBREWkada Series ☕ Para lahat tayo magkakakilala!

Ano pinagkakaabalahan mo during your free time?

Madalas ako tumakbo. Usually 3-5x per week road running. During the pandemic, kumuha rin kami ng treadmill para tuloy parin makatakbo. 

Paano ka napahilig dito? Gaano katagal mo na ito ginagawa?

Nag start around 2011-2012 as a form of exercise lang. Pero naging serious ako about running last 2015, sumali ako sa 21k race. Then after nito, active na ako sa pagsali sa mga run. And noong 2018 sumali ako sa Bull Runner Marathon, kung saan naman nahilig ako sa long distance running. Then sinundan ito ng Osaka Marathon 2018 and Sydney Marathon last 2019.   

What's the best part about it?

Aside sa pwede itong gawin anytime anywhere, naisasabay narin namin sa vacation ang paghanap ng races. Nakaka excite kasi madadaanan mo ang famous landmarks during the race. My last race was a half marathon in Chiang Mai Thailand last Dec 2019. 

May pre- or post- running ritual ka ba?

Pre running ritual: warm up, foam roller. Light breakfast for long runs. Post run: cool down tapos heavy breakfast hehe. Then foam roller ulit.

May coffee rituals ka ba?

I grind and brew every morning and afternoon. Auto drip gamit ko. Matutum ang favorite namin sa bahay 😃
