At GoBrew, we put a lot of care into preparing and packing every order to make sure your coffee reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive your package and notice any damage to the packaging or the product itself, please notify us as soon as possible.
We’ll review the concern right away and work with you to resolve it—whether that means a replacement or another solution that ensures you get the coffee you deserve.
