Naniniwala kami na para makuha mo ang best-tasting cup of coffee, kanya-kanyang timpla ito! Dahil iba-iba tayo ng preferences at walang makakapag-sabi sa atin kung aling kape ang tunay na pinaka-masarap. Pero para sa mga kailangan ng guidance or base recipe, heto ang ma-ibabahagi namin sa mga kabrewkada na tulad mo:
For v60 o pour-over brews, ganito kami usually mag-brew for single-serve!
Ratio: 1:15
14g medium-ground coffee
210g water at 90-92 degrees C
2:45-3:00 total brew time
For cold brew coffee:
Ratio: 1:8
For every 1L of water, use 125g of coarsely-ground coffee
Steep in the fridge for 12-16 hours, or longer kung gusto mo ng mas matapang na kape!
Tip: kung hilig mo ang sweet cold brew, bago i-steep sa fridge, lagyan mo na ng brown sugar at i-dissolve ito sa coffee grounds-water mixture mo!
For Aeropress:
Standard
15g medium-fine
160g water at 90 degrees C
1:45-2:00 total brew time
- First pour: 80g water, stir 10x after pour, bloom til 45 sec
- Second pour: 80g water, stir 5x, place plunger
- Wait til 1:30 mark, press slowly til 1:45-2:00 mark

What you will need:
• 20g (~3 tbsp) coarsely ground coffee
• 300ml water (3-4mins off the boil)
• A small pitcher
• Sieve/strainer (the finer the screen the better)
• Spoon
• Stopwatch/timer/clock
• Coffee cup/mug
Step 1: Put coarsely ground coffee into the pitcher.
Step 2: Put a bit of hot water just enough to wet all the grounds then stir with a spoon.
Step 3: Wait for 30 secs before the next pour.
Step 4: Pour the rest of the hot water.
Step 5: Wait for another 3-3.5mins.
Step 6: Pour the mix onto your cup with the sieve in between.
Step 7: Enjoy your brew!
